As part of the Activate Allen County campaign, join us for the third Freedom Fun Ride cycling event! Beginning at the City’s Central Services Building on Collett Street, the 9-mile route takes riders along the scenic Ottawa Riverwalk to Heritage Park in Shawnee Township and then back to the Start/Finish line.
